Has anybody ever used GNC's Hair, skin and nails vitamins?
My hair is really damaged. Rinses, bleaches, heat damage, relaxers and what not. I'm going to grow out all the damage and go natural. So I'm going to start eating healthier and also Start taking supplements to strengthen my hair and help grow it.
